It's called augmented reality (AR) - and it's much simpler than it sounds.

Background image
As an alternative to the AR view, you or your customers can also use a 2D version based on a photo of the terrace:
With the background image feature, you enable your customers to upload their own photo of the terrace, for example. The product is then displayed directly in front of this image in the configuration. In addition, a screenshot is automatically generated that shows the configured product in front of the background image
- Ideal for offers or visualizations.

How to activate the function in your configurator:
Create a new feature <Bild>"Hintergrundbild"[backgroundImage] - i.e. a feature of type "image" with key "backgrundImage".
That's it - the feature is now active. When configuring, your customer can now upload an image. The image is used as a background and saved together with the configured product.
