Where can I view the orders?

Pro

When the customer finalizes their configuration, it is first saved and then sent as a PDF via email to both you and the customer, or added to your shop’s shopping cart—whichever option you have specified.

You can, of course, view the saved configurations:

Viewing Configurations

  • Go to the home page.
  • Click the list icon below the configurator you’re interested in.
  • You’ll be taken to a list of all saved configurations.
  • Above the list, you’ll find several filtering options:
    • Under Order Action, you can filter configurations by the action used to save them.
    • Under Type, a distinction is made between normal configurations, inspirations (see below), and AR. The latter are configurations that were saved so the customer could launch an augmented reality view.
  • At the top of the list, you also have the option to refine your search, change the displayed columns, and export a CSV file.
  • You can also see the status of each configuration here:
    • draft: The configuration was only saved
    • quoted: An email with a PDF was sent to the customer
    • basket: The configuration was added to a store’s shopping cart
    • ordered: The configuration was purchased in the store
    • forwarded: The configuration was originally ordered from a dealer, but the dealer forwarded the order to you.
  • Checking the box in the Edit column allows you to indicate whether you have already edited the configuration.

Viewing a Configuration

  • Under Options, you have three choices:
    • You can launch the configurator with this configuration.
    • You can view the configuration
    • ... or delete it.
  • When you view a configuration, you can see the following fields:
    • Code is the unique code used to launch the configuration.
    • Price is the total price.
    • Inspiration marks this configuration as an inspiration (see below)
    • Customer displays the customer’s information.
    • Features shows what the customer has configured—in the same format as the summary in the configurator, with the prices as of the time of the order. For configurations saved before 2023, Content appears here instead, displaying the technical content as JSON.
  • You can also
    • print a PDF,
    • reopen the configuration.
tip

If developer mode is enabled in your Profil, you’ll see, above the features, the Show Hidden Features toggle and the

Loading...
button, which displays the data sent to the store.

Finally, you’ll also find the configuration log here, detailing exactly what happened. This can be helpful, for example, to check whether a customer received an email with a PDF.

Inspirations

Read the article about Inspirationen for a basic explanation.

  • When you open an inspiration, you’ll also see the display name, an image, and a sort order
tip

This data is intended for a page featuring inspirations, which will be available later.
