Publish and Embed

Publish the Configurator​

Before you embed the configurator on your website, it must be veröffentlicht.

  • In the editor, click
    Loading...
    in the upper-right corner.
  • Confirm the dialog.

The live version will then be accessible via the configurator’s K3 URL.

Create Inspirations​

Inspirations are predefined starting points—such as a specific size in a specific color—that serve as a starting point for your customers. The basics for this can be found under Inspirationen.

  • Open the live version of the configurator in your browser.
  • Set the desired configuration.
  • Use Save. A link to the saved configuration will appear.
  • Mark this configuration as an Inspiration in the K3 Admin.
tip

A normal saved configuration locks in the exact state. An “Inspiration,” on the other hand, adapts to later changes made to the configurator: new options are taken into account, while the default settings remain unchanged.

Embed on the Website​

The general options are described under Einbindung. For the Veranda Configurator, these three are typically the most relevant.

Direct Link​

A button or link on your website that points directly to the configurator URL or to an inspiration link.

iFrame​

For WordPress and similar systems: Copy the iFrame code from the editor under Embed and paste it into your page. You can replace the address in src= with your inspiration link.
