Common Problems
A model does not appear in the 3D scene
No slot has been assigned, or the slot ID is incorrect. Check the action rule: The slot ID must match the Slot-Tabelle exactly, including uppercase and lowercase letters and hyphens. And it belongs in the rule, not in the model dialog.
The license is insufficient. Metal, solar, and louvered roofing, as well as LED lighting, require the Enterprise license; wall types and awnings require at least the Pro license. An overview is available at Voraussetzungen und Lizenzen.
The Veranda models are missing from the model catalog
This means the plugin hasn’t been added to the configurator yet. Check in the Editor under Options → Plugins to see if the Veranda plugin is listed there; if not, download it from the Store as described in Plugin hinzufügen.
Then reload the Editor.
The camera doesn’t switch when I click on a wall
In most cases, the construction model hasn’t been fully initialized yet. Wait until the loading indicator has finished. After that, clicking on an empty wall area will also work.
LED lighting or shading is not visible
The model is in the wrong slot.
- LEDs belong in
konstruktion-slot-led. - Shading—awnings, vertical awnings, pleated shades, folding awnings—belongs in
konstruktion-slot-beschattung.
A wall model is visible, but the fill is missing
The fuellungTyp prop is not set or has an invalid value. Set it
explicitly to 0 for glass, 1 for polycarbonate, or 2 for slats.
