Configurator not visible after license activation

Question​

> I have booked the license / set up the SEPA direct debit, but my configurator is not yet visible in the frontend. What do I have to do?

Answer​

After activating the license, you must publish the configurator once so that the changes are visible in the frontend.

This is how it works​

  1. Open the editor of your configurator
  2. Click on the "Publish " button in the top right-hand corner
  3. The configurator is now live
Why is this necessary?

The license activation takes place in the background. However, the configurator itself must be actively published so that the live version is updated. This is the same procedure as for any other change to the configurator.
