What support does ObjectCode offer when setting up the configurator? Is there a charge for support? Is there someone who can set up the configurator for me?

ObjectCode offers various support options:
Free support
The support is free of charge - just like the Kickstart. You can contact support@objectcode.de at any time.
The support:
- Answers concrete questions about the configuration
- Helps with technical problems
- Discusses how best to implement something
- Also allows longer appointments if required
Kickstart meetings
You can also ask questions and discuss implementation strategies as part of the kickstart.
What support and Kickstart do not do
Support and Kickstart do not take over the complete setup of the configurator. This means that the actual configuration work - creating features, defining rules, integrating 3D models - is up to you.
Partners for setting up the configurator
If you would like to completely outsource the construction of the configurator, you can commission an ObjectCode partner. They specialize in the implementation of configurators with K3.
