Answer

As long as the cancellation’s effective date hasn’t passed yet, you can cancel the cancellation yourself at any time.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to the K3 Editor and open the app overview: https://k3.objectcode.de/app/#/admin/apps
2. Expand the menu in the top-right corner next to your email address.
3. Click “Subscription”.
4. The page for your license will open, displaying all current details.
5. Click “Do not cancel subscription” in the top right corner and follow the instructions.

Note the deadline

You can only undo the cancellation as long as the specified expiration date has not yet been reached. After that, you’ll need to reactivate your subscription through the normal ordering process.
